Austin Beck was a big kid... but a literal "wake up call" from a sleep apnea issue put him on a new path to health. Today Austin is studying to become a dietician, and he shared his story on TKMC podcast. The conversation goes from goal setting to finding the best way to lose weight (working out, a change in eating or a combination of both), Austin's "90 Day Rule" and how BMI really isn't the best way to measure your physical health. It's a great discussion that touches on subjects everyone can relate to.
