Show Notes
Growing up is never easy... especially when you're twelve-years-young and wearing an "X" on your football helmet because of your weight. That's what this week's guest - Mac McCay - remembers from youth football. Fast forward to May 2018 when he and his wife watched the documentary "The Magic Pill," and Mac realized at ~290 pounds he had to make a change. Mac found keto, made lists of foods he could have and avoid, and began finding his path to better health. You'll learn about Mac's journey - including how his parents have found better lives on keto - and how this Virginia police officer is making a difference today.
