Show Notes
Robert says that he grew up "normal" until his junior high years when his weight began creeping up on him. In college he lived next door to an all-you-can-eat Italian restaurant... and ultimately he topped out at 340 pounds. In this week's episode, Robert shared about how he was diagnosed with congestive heart failure at age 34, dealt with blood pressure that was off the charts and countless other issues... and found better days by following a keto and carnivore way of eating. It's a fast-paced show with a lot of inspiration - enjoy!
