School bullies gave him such a negative feeling that at one point Mark couldn't look at himself in the mirror. Mark considered a variety of methods to lose the weight on his 5'8" body, and eventually had a VSG - Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy. The surgery, in combination with following a keto WOE, has changed Mark for the better in many ways.
