Show Notes
Boston-based Zach Williams was born in Taiwan, and has been living in the United States since he was a teenager. A few years ago Zach became "disillusioned with people" and began letting himself go... to the point where he was shutting down emotionally and physically. At one point, living in pain, suffering from pneumonia and experiencing a 105-degree fever, Zach nearly died. He took the moment and realized he needed to make a change... and we're excited to share how keto brought a new outlook to Zach's life. We'll talk food, ballroom dancing and second chances in this great episode - enjoy the chat!
