Show Notes
It's great to have Andrew Eason join us on the podcast this week! Andrew started studying traditional Korean marital arts when he was five-years-old, and has been involved in a variety of physical activities over the years. While Andrew didn't really struggle with his weight, he did deal with joint inflammation in his ankles, and some additional issues. When he started keto, he found that he was able to do things he had not done in more than ten years. Andrew's father, Trey, was a guest on a previous show, and this makes our first father/son combo! Download and listen to another great show!
