Our very own Alberto left one too many comments on the internet and as punishment was thrust into a situation he never quite prepared for.....or had he! This weekend El.KetoCholo himself ran his first(and possibly his only) half marathon on nearly a whim. We take the opportunity to sit down and discuss the experience. What the 2 1/2 weeks of prep included, how the race started, and how it finished. We're proud of our cohost and he serves as a role model and inspiration for everyone he meets. He's a reminder that if you stay consistent, if you focus on the goal, and just keep running/pushing/working you can, and will achieve your goals, whatever they may be.
