Yogi Parker has struggle with his weight since middle school ("I went horizontal before vertical"), and graduated high school at 600 pounds. A former power lifter, professional wrestler and truck driver, Yogi's weight has yo-yo'ed over the years. When he heard about the keto way of eating - and how it could help with brain health - he decided to learn more.
